Exchange Guidelines: Our exchange policy reflects this deep respect for crystal energy. We offer exchanges within 10 days of purchase, but only for items that remain in their original, unused condition. This approach ensures that each crystal can find its perfect match while maintaining the integrity of its energetic pathway.

Exchange Process: Exchanges are limited to defective or damaged items, and customers must provide proof of purchase. We do not process refunds, believing that every crystal has a specific purpose and destination. Shipping and Limitations: All items are shipped via Stallion Express, with shipping costs calculated at checkout. Gift cards and items that have been energetically bonded are not eligible for exchange. We encourage our customers to choose their crystals mindfully, understanding that each piece carries its own unique vibration and intention.
